Dom Pérignon Abstracts

A series of three abstract images designed as part of a creative initiative for Dom Pérignon/LVMH

CLIENT: DOM PERIGNON/LVMH

PROJECT DATE: 2006

LOCATION: GLOBAL

TYPE: PHOTOGRAPHY/DIGITAL ART

In the Spring of 2006 Dom Perignon/LVMH was looking to have a series of images created to commemorate their 1998 vintage. The challenge was to create a series of three images that worked together as a series for the Dom Pérignon-Karl Lagerfeld Photography Competition.

Inspired by the Dom Pérignon bottles which were designed by Karl Lagerfeld to commemorate the vintage, this project was a unique challenge during which I used a combination of different photographic and fine art techniques to create a series of images that are a fusion of the old and new and reflect the sense of timeless elegance and creativity the company is known for.

This series of images won the Dom Pérignon-Karl Lagerfeld Photography Competition in 2006 and was also awarded honorary IPA’s in advertising and digital enhancement the same year.
